With a father who has been a general contractor in the residential field for over 44 years, Mr. Barnhardt was immersed in the construction industry from an early age. Growing up, he worked alongside every subcontractor, gaining in-depth knowledge of each trade. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, Mr. Barnhardt returned to Pasco County, where he has lived since 1971, to build his own construction legacy.
Mr. Barnhardt began his career in the track house industry, quickly rising through the ranks to become one of the top building superintendents. In March 2007, he earned his general contractor's license and launched his own construction company, which he continues to lead successfully.
Recognizing the importance of sustainable practices, Mr. Barnhardt has expanded his expertise into the green energy sector. He is committed to helping customers save money while adding value to their homes through innovative, energy-efficient solutions
